My client is a well-established Power Engineering company who is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their expanding team working in their Engineering division.
As an Engineering Administrator you will be responsible for the smooth running in the office and supporting the engineering department.
Some of the duties will include but not limited to:
General office admin duties
Respond to enquiries and correspondence via emails
Arranging travel and accommodation arrangements for Engineers and site teams
Carrying out location of utility services in relation to specific projects
Assisting with corporate and administration projects
Compile operation manuals, including editing technical diagrams and drawings
The ideal candidate will have the following:
Previous experience as an administrator
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent IT skills and knowledge of MS Packages, databases
Able to multitask and prioritize accordingly with large workloads
Good attention to detail
