Our company is currently looking to recruit on a part time flexible basis a Office Manager.
Our recruitment business has grown significantly in the past 12 months, and we are looking for an experienced Office Administrator / Office Manager to manage a wiide range of admin duties, office operations with the MD, suppliers, GDPR tasks and support our accounts department when required.
Our office environment is professional, and face paced and the role is varied. The company are very busy, so the need for a dynamic, organised and flexible individual is key in this role.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a full range of admin duties as you will be managing all aspects of the operations administration, HR policies, staff training, accounting administration, contractor payroll and supporting the sales staff.
This position will make sure staff records are up to date, holiday and sick records and weekly timesheets are accurately internally and externally and recorded on a CRM, so experience of using databases previously would be ideal.
Payroll schedules for outsourced staff, transport and other office functions, timesheet processing and managing day to day transactions, posting daily receipts, encoding accounting entries for data processing will also be required. Sage Cloud Business or Sage 50 experience would be very useful.
You will need to possess a good level of IT skills and be competent with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
The role is currently 2 days and the hours will increase after a few months to 3 / 4 days. So, this is a great opportunity to make the role your own and grow with our business. We are happy to discuss a range of flexible hours to suit and to support working families.
The rate is £14 per hour pro rata + company pension and yearly bonus.
