“Office Owls” are partners of Project Start Technical Recruitment who are a fast growing, independent recruitment agency based in Yate specialising in office based vacancies.

Due to our successful growth in the group, we have successfully developed a variety of sectors and are now looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to manage our Office and Clerical Division.

This section will manage permanent and temporary vacancies to include Administrators, Bookkeeping, Customer Services, Data Entry Clerks, Finance, HR, Legal and sales staff.

This is a new start up business, so we are looking for someone who wants a development opportunity that will grow into being part of the management team.

In the first instance, you will be calling local businesses to build relations and offer the company’s recruitment services.  You will need to have an excellent telephone manner, be able to negotiate and close calls and have strong organisational skills.

You will be sourcing candidates from an in-house cloud-based CRM, a number of job boards and social media, where we have established a number of digital market funnels.

You will be interviewing, qualifying, registering and checking suitable candidates for opportunities over the telephone or in our meeting room suite.

We need the ideal candidate to have a track record of building a desk and growing a business stream.

You will need to have an excellent work ethic, be punctual, reliable, dedicated and hard working in previous roles and be an example to others as you will be building a team around you organically.

You will be result driven, hungry to succeed and respond well to weekly targets set.

What we can offer you: –

£20k – £24k basic salary (DOE) + an excellent uncapped commission scheme.

24 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
