Our client are a UK leading business Supplies and IT services installation organisation, who operate a within a group of 20+ companies.  The group have been trading for over 100 years and have a capability portfolio covering technology, Facilities Management, Office Management and much more.

Their Cambridgeshire regional office in CB8, are looking to expand their client services Team.  As Service Support Coordinator, you will join a dynamic, organised and fast paced team and have experience of effectively managing the services an expectations if customers.

The role is about ensuring that their customers are kept up to date with the progress of resolving the faults logged with their engineers out on the field.

You will helping with the resource coordination of the field engineers via links to their electronic systems, or by phone call and email. The key factor of this role is to ensure that their customers are aware of the latest ETAs for their service visits, aware of any issues and kept up to date with queries they log and making sure the administration relating to the field engineers is up to date. Validating calls and arranging revisits, booking access for field engineers to ensure they can get on site, so good organisational and follow up skills is necessary.

The Key Tasks and Responsibilities are: –

Control of all customer data

Logging customer calls

Monthly SLA management

Resolution of aged calls

Planning revisits

Call validation

Customer communication

Engineer coordination

Diary and Rota management

Administrative tasks relating to Engineer resourcing Skills and Attributes (Essential):

Excellent written and spoken English

Excellent communication skills

Excellent organisational skills

Confident with IT Systems and Software Packages

Good Analytical Skills

IT Service / Customer Desk experience

Geographical Awareness

Calm under pressure

Our client are offering a salary of £19.5k – £20.5k (DOE), excellent company benefits and a shift pattern rota over 45 hours, which is 5 days out of 7 rotating.

The career progression of this role is to Service Account Manager which offers a salary between £22k – £26k.
